  • How many coaching sessions are needed in your Leaders Edge Coaching program?
    It depends! For a few people, all they need is the initial block of coaching which is 3 meetings. The average client has six to seven coaching meetings to see and feel the changes that come from being coached
  • Do you always use assessments in coaching?
    Not at all! We suggest assessments that correspond to the results you are looking for. For example, some clients like to do before and after assessments to measure their progress against leadership competencies. Some clients like to have a sense of their style and how they can use it best. Other clients know exactly what they want from coaching and we just dive in!
  • What happens in a typical coaching meeting?
    In a typical coaching meeting, the client brings a scenario that they want to unpack or understand a bit better. The coach uses questions and reflections to expand a client’s perspective. Usually these new perspectives creates options for the client to move forward in that scenario.

    Coaching is a collaborative process where a coach supports and guides an individual or a group to achieve their personal or professional goals. It involves asking powerful questions, active listening, and providing feedback to help clients unlock their potential and make positive changes in their lives.
